Agenda👇
19.00 – meet and mingle

19.15 – ❗️"Mighty Decorators in Typescript - what could we get out of it?" by Valentin Kononov, Mapbox.

All Angular developers have seen decorators in Typescript code. We use it to put some additional information for the compiler. But how does it work? Can we use it to make our regular code better?
Let’s talk about it. During the talk you will know about:
- What is a decorator in terms of Typescript and how to write your own
- Decorators by area of applicability - class, function, property
- Deeper dive into parameters
- what useful we can do with decorators? A couple of samples
- Validation, Logging, Caching
- review of available libraries with decorators for common tasks
Join us and improve your general understanding of how your programs run and what they do in runtime!

19.55 – coffee-break for networking

20.05 – ❗️"Going nuts with Ivy" by GDE Nikita Poltoratsky, Akveo.

Angular 9 is finally out and new rendering pipeline - Ivy becomes the default. That means that it is time to dive into the ivy and understand how does it work and what does it mean for us.
During the session will dive into Ivy internals and understand how does it work under the hood. Then we’ll learn about new meta-programming capabilities.
Dreamed about writing custom decorators and modifying components behavior on the fly? Come to my talk and we will explore it together!
