First, we'll recollect "What is an MVP." The focus of the talk will be primarily on the following stages: Prelim Hypothesis Testing and Refinement, MVP Planning and Development. We’ll go through the MVP goals. Why we need it. What questions it helps answer and when it's useful.
We’ll look into the idea, product, and business, differences between them and look at the examples in software and non-software business. We'll challenge the idea of the MVP: should we even do it and what we can do instead. What are other ways to test the idea in a cheap and fast way.
