In this talk, Chris Ferguson will share the SDN global award winning case study by Bridgeable while exploring the project’s theoretical underpinnings and how they might help restore society post-pandemic.

Chris Ferguson is the founder of the service design firm Bridgeable, an adjunct professor at the University of Toronto, and co-founder of the Canadian chapter of the Service Design Network. Chris has spent his career working with complex and regulated service organizations within healthcare, FI, telco and the public sector. His work has received numerous awards, including the GOOD Design, SDN Best Commercial Award and a Fast Company Innovation by Design Award.
