Managing conflicts is the second talk in a series of four online sessions on “Growth through Collaboration“.

Conflict in the workplace is a common occurrence, and the most crucial part is how they are handled.
In this webinar, we will focus on considering what the causes of conflict are, and if they can be repositioned, so it is something you can get positive outcomes from. Through stories, we will learn to identify and manage conflict. We will recognize practical management strategies that can be efficiently used to resolve conflict. The webinar will be interactive with plenty of time for asking questions and learning from other’s experiences.

Neeti is a psychologist and an art therapist and currently works as a Consultant for In Diverse Company. She designs programs for leading public and private organizations around the world. She conducts workshops and training programs for a broad spectrum of sectors including Technology, Finance, Retail and Healthcare.
