We have two awesome professionals lined up to speak: Nastya Khyzhniak –– HR Generalist at Beetroot and Olha Volkova –– Head of Talent at Demium Startups.
▶️ Anastasiia is an HR Strategist with 8+ years of experience in her professional field. She is the first certified Agile HR Specialist in Ukraine whose background involves performing the full cycle of HR and recruitment services. Currently, she is more involved with HR on a strategic level. Anastasiia is a strong believer in the self-managed way of working, systematic approach to building companies, organizational agility, and innovation.
▶️ Olha is an HRBP and Agile Project Management expert with 12+ years of experience in IT. Focused on talent management topics, she acquired a people and process management background in standard outsourcing and outstaffed big players such as Luxoft and Ciklum.
Olha developed a non-sophisticated team set in Swiss, UK, in the unified role of Product Manager and People Partner for Scandinavian products and startup companies. She also actively drove the PM community and later co-founded ITEM conference events, uniting 2000+ business and product owners of Ukraine, 150+ mentors, and experts from US, Europe, UK and Asia.

👉 Що таке «мітап» ви, певно, знаєте. Ми вирішили трішки змінити формат та почали проводити «бітапи» — невеличкі події, переважно технічного спрямування. Вони відбуваються регулярно у всіх містах, де є Beetroot.
Beetroot технічна спільнота – це група однодумців навколо однієї технології. Раз на місяць ми проводимо бітапи, а спільнота формується безпосередньо учасниками подій.
⏩ Наша ідеальна ком’юніті-формула: актуальні теми + високий рівень організації + максимальна комунікація з учасниками. ⏪
На кожному бітапі виступають 2-3 спікери. Кожна доповідь – на 20-30 хвилин. В перерві — чай, кава, піца. 70% учасників — гості Beetroot-дому, друзі, працівники інших компаній чи просто зацікавлені у технологіях люди.
Найчастіше бітапи стосуються Full-stack, React, .NET, Front-end та Python. Зараз ми проводимо відкриті онлайн бітапи.
