Tele2 Chief Sales Officer — Aare Uusjärv — will share Tele2 experiences in boosting e-channels sales.
🔹Aare Uusjärv is the CSO of Tele2 Eesti — a telecommunications company offering calls and internet packages to private and business customers. He has over twenty years of experience in e-channels and sales. Before Tele2, Aare worked as the Head of Sales in If Insurance, where he moved most of the sales from the ‘face to face’ format to e-channels.
Aare believes: luck and coincidence have nothing to do with good sales and successful client relationships. “It’s the opposite,” he says, “to succeed in sales and have great relationships with the clients, the business itself has to grow and learn from mistakes.”
