We are excited to invite you to our workshop “What is Design Thinking, and how can we use it in our projects?”
Design Thinking is a non-linear, iterative process designed to help teams understand their users, challenge assumptions, identify problems, and create innovative solutions to prototype and test. It is especially helpful for teams trying to tackle problems that are not clearly defined, and it involves five phases:
*Empathize
*Define
*Ideate
*Prototype
* Test
Design Thinking helps teams consider alternate ways to handle challenges. From a project management point of view, teams should not be limited to thinking about a waterfall, agile, or lean approach, but rather, they should consider which methodologies exist outside of the project space that could lead to uncovering a new way of working.
During our workshop, we will cover human centered design, Design Thinking as a methodology, and tools that lead to improved results.
